All our Terms and Conditions apply to the Law of England and Wales.
Free UK Standard Delivery (up to 8 days) on all orders in excess of £3.95. For orders under £3.95, a small postage fee of £1.25 whall apply. Other postage options are available, Express £4.75, Next Day £8.95. Discount vouchers do not apply to basket values of less than £3.95.
Next Day Delivery is available for £8.95 an order. Cleared payment needs to be received before 12pm for Next Day Delivery. Please note the following:

Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed on a Monday to Thursday, no later than 1pm for receipt of payment. If orders placed beyond 1pm on a Thursday or all day on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (if not a bank holiday). If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us as this can be arranged at extra cost. No dispatches will take place on a bank or public holiday and goods cannot be received on those days. Couriers will do their best to ensure delivery anytime between 8am and 7pm excluding any unforeseen delays. A signature will be required and if there is no-one to sign, a calling card will be left which needs to be responded to within 48 hours. You can rearrange a delivery or pick the order up from the depot. It is the customers responsibility to contact the delivery company and rearrange the delivery and Party Kiosk accept no liability for failed deliveries if the customer is not available. If you fail to respond to calling card a refund of the original postage will not be made. Restrictions to next day service apply, see below:

TWO DAYS: The following postcodes do NOT come under UK Mainland and therefore you must choose UK Scottish Highlands : AB31 - AB 38, AB41, AB43-45, AB51-56, FK10-21, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH1, PH5-26, PH10, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.

TWO DAYS: Northern Ireland.

We reserve the right to use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service for anyone living in the above areas but who does not choose the correct postage. We will not send Special Delivery or via Courier if a packet is over 5kg in these circumstances. Please ring for clarification if you are unsure of these options.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Acceptance of Payment does not mean acceptance of contract. Orders are only accepted and form a contract when the goods are dispatched. Payment will be taken before dispatch of any goods.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if there has been a typographical error of any kind in relation to description, quantity or price quoted, or where goods are not able to be supplied on time. We also reserve the right to cancel any order from countries where we do not ship to, where incorrect postage has been paid or any order we regard as suspicious in any way. We only accept your order once we dispatch it. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss if an item is not received by the expected date.
Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of full payment only. We accept the following payment methods: All main credit cards/debit cards accepted via secure card processing via Sagepay. Also accepted are Paypal, Nochex, and Bank Transfer. Pro Forma Invoices may be sent to account holders - goods will only be dispatched once correct payment received. We reserve the right to send orders in part.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1- 3 working days (Monday to Friday) unless otherwise informed. All goods should be received within 14 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays, but may take up to 28 days. An e-mail will be sent confirming dispatch of items.
All photographs are a fair representation of the item(s) for sale. Colours may vary, refer to item description. Disclaimer: we are not liable for differences in colour on internet browsers or in colours of products themselves once received. We may use different suppliers at our discretion which can cause a difference in colour

REFUNDS / RETURNS
A returns number is needed for ALL returns. Please use the email facility on your account login on the left hand side of the homepage. If you telephone us for a returns number, you will be directed back to the email facility. The buyer has the right to cancel the order within 7 days. If goods have been dispatched, the buyer will need to return the goods at their own expense via a signed for method to receive a refund of the original amount paid. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK TO PARTY KIOSK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT. If goods are received later than this, then they will be returned or money given to charity. Goods must be in exact packaging and unused or unworn. Any open items will NOT be refunded. Cake decorations are a non-returnable item, if returned a refund will not be made and goods will be returned to you or destroyed. We will not refund any outbound postage costs incurred in this instance. Any funds due to your account will be actioned within 30 days. If you refuse delivery WITHOUT are knowledge, we reserve the right to charge you for the postage, whether or not you have gone for the free postage option. Some goods are excluded from a refund including cake decorations, cake toppers and helium cansisters and any goods which are deemed to be sold as part of a pack.
SHORTAGES damages or incorrect goods should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any shortages or damages NOT reported within 48 hours of receipt, will not be rectified. Refunds will only be given if goods have arrived damaged and need to be returned to us before refund is given. Please see above for more information on refunds. We only refund once goods are received back to our office in good condition, therefore you will need to use a trackable service for this. Proof of Posting is NOT a trackable method. Return cost of postage to be paid by customer. Cake Decorations are a non-returnable item and if any are returned they will be sent back or destroyed if we have not heard from the buyer within 30 days.
ORDERS not received. Please check the method of delivery of your order. If sent via Royal Mail, goods will not be left if you are out at time of delivery. You need to check with your local delivery office. We are not responsible for doing this - it is the customers responsibility if you are out when the delivery is attempted. Signature may be required. If sent via a courier, signature will be required. Please ensure your address details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for goods not delivered on time if there is a discrepancy in your address details. If goods are returned we will invoice customer for further delivery charges. Please contact us for trackable information pertaining to your goods.
We ask for a goods required by date. If you are needing your items within 7 days, we strongly recommend that you opt for our express service. We cannot be bound by this date and if your goods arrive later than anticipated, the refund policy will apply.

ENVIRONMENTAL Policy: We reuse/recycle all cardboard boxes and plastic packaging where we can. Unfortunately it is necessary to pack products well for transit purposes. Please ensure all products are recycled where possible.

The Party Kiosk have been trading for 6 years on line as a family run business. We also own www.up2tenparties.co.uk which caters for children's parties and www.horrorpartyshop.co.uk which is our specialist site. We are not dropshippers - we hold all our own stock. If you make a purchase off one site and then make a purchase off another of our sites, please let us know so we can send items off together and refund any extra postage you may have paid.
