These Terms & Conditions apply to Party Kiosk Limited. We trade under the following: Party Kiosk, Party Towers, Horror Party Shop and Cake Craft Kiosk. Our registered office is 181 Church Green Road, Fishtoft, Boston PE21 0RN. Our Trading Address is The Old Corn Dryer, Girl's School Lane, Butterwick, Boston PE22 0HZ and all correspondence should be directed to our trading address only.
You must abide by these terms and conditions if you wish to purchase from Party Kiosk Ltd and its sister websites.

Date Required By:
This is a guide. Postage paid will override any date put in here - ie, if next day delivery not paid and goods required next day, refund will be made. We do not offer timed slots - delivery can be anytime from 8.00am to 7.00pm via Parcel Force. If you receive a card through your door regarding this delivery, it can be picked up from your local Post Office if necessary.
There must be someone available to sign for your order if necessary or to accept the goods. It is advisable to put an alternative delivery address in the box provided, preferably a work address. In certain circumstances a safe place may be used but this is at our discretion, see below.
Safe Place:A safe place MUST be on your own property or at next door neighbour. A separate address cannot be a safe place.
Next Day Delivery: Cleared payment needs to be received before 12.00pm for Next Day Delivery. Please note the following:
Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed on a Monday to Thursday, no later than 12.00pm for receipt of payment. If orders placed beyond 12.00pm on a Thursday or all day on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (if not a bank holiday). If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us as this can be arranged at extra cost. No dispatches will take place on a bank or public holiday and goods cannot be received on those days.
Couriers will do their best to ensure delivery anytime between 8.00am and 7.00pm excluding any unforeseen delays. A signature will be required and if there is no-one to sign, a calling card will be left which needs to be responded to within 48 hours. You can rearrange a delivery or pick the order up from the depot. It is the customers responsibility to contact the delivery company and rearrange the delivery and Party Kiosk accept no liability for failed deliveries if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
If the customer refuses delivery, the cost of £5.95 will be taken when the refund is applied, this is exclusive of original delivery costs. If you fail to respond to calling card a refund of the original postage will not be made.
If you are purchasing from an education establishment or government department we are happy to work on pro-forma invoices. Please email us for further details.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Acceptance of Payment does not mean acceptance of contract. Orders are only accepted and form a contract when the goods are dispatched. Payment will be taken before dispatch of any goods. All orders are subject to availability of the products.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if there has been a typographical error of any kind in relation to description, quantity or price quoted, or where goods are not able to be supplied on time. We also reserve the right to cancel any order from countries where we do not ship to, where incorrect postage has been paid or any order we regard as suspicious in any way. We only accept your order once we dispatch it. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss if an item is not received by the expected date or goods received are not as expected.
Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of full payment only. We accept the following payment methods: All main credit cards/debit cards accepted via secure card processing via Sagepay. Also accepted are Paypal and Bank Transfer. Pro Forma Invoices may be sent to account holders - goods will only be dispatched once correct payment received. We reserve the right to send orders in part. All orders are subject to availability.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday) unless otherwise informed. All goods should be received within 14 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays, but may take up to 28 days. An e-mail will be sent confirming dispatch of items.
All photographs are a fair representation of the item(s) for sale and are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary, refer to item description. Disclaimer: we are not liable for differences in colour on internet browsers or in colours of products themselves once received. We may use different suppliers at our discretion which can cause a difference in colour.

Shortages & Damages:
Damaged or incorrect goods should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any shortages or damages NOT reported within 48 hours of receipt, cannot be rectified. Refunds will only be given if goods have arrived damaged and need to be returned to us before refund is given. Please see above for more information on refunds. We only refund once goods are received back to our office in good condition, therefore you will need to use a trackable service for this. Proof of Posting is NOT a trackable method. Return cost of postage to be paid by customer. Cake Decorations are a non-returnable item and if any are returned they will be sent back or destroyed if we have not heard from the buyer within 30 days.
Orders not received:
Please check the method of delivery of your order. If sent via Royal Mail, goods will not be left if you are out at time of delivery. You need to check with your local delivery office. We are not responsible for doing this - it is the customers responsibility if you are out when the delivery is attempted. Signature may be required. If sent via a courier, signature will be required. Please ensure your address details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for goods not delivered on time if there is a discrepancy in your address details. If goods are returned we will invoice customer for further delivery charges. Please contact us for trackable information pertaining to your goods.

Party Kiosk will not be liable for any loss or damage, including consequential loss of damage resulting from delivery delays or from the use of our website(s).
We reserve the right to withdraw from sale or amend the description of any item. This also applies to exsiting orders.
The use of any information or materials supplied is at the customers own risk. It is the customers responsibility to check that an item is fit for purpose once received. It is the customers responsibility to read all information supplied with any of our products, including safety recommendations. If necessary, all packaging must be kept for future reference. We cannot be held responsible for any delays to orders shipped due to fire, flood, storms (including any weather that effects transportation of goods), transport delays, strikes, sickness and such like. These delays are beyond our control and no refund of postage can be made.
We reuse/recycle all cardboard boxes and plastic packaging where we can. Unfortunately it is necessary to pack products well for transit purposes. Please ensure all products are recycled where possible.
Please remember, this is a safe and secure site and we do not see your financial details - we only see your payment. Payment options include SagePay, Google Checkout, and Paypal - all to make your buying experience a safe and happy experience.
Collection of Information:
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to our Newsletter mailing list. We do not give your information out to any 3rd party.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.
Distribution of Information:
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.
