These lightweight plastic drummers with a smiley face are perfect for kids party bags.  Suitable for children over 3 years of age.  All they do is wave them around and the plastic balls hit the drum (smiley face).  They are available in packs of 12 in assorted colours including blue, green, orange, yellow and purple.  The drums measure 4 inches in length approximately.  Ideal to use with other smiley characters such as the stretchy man or the wind up smiley.    Don't forget to look at our range of empty party bags as well as the stickers.
