RETURNS AND REFUNDS

It is within customers rights to return any goods at their own expense for whatever the reason.   Obviously there are stipulations as listed below.

In order for us to process any returned items, the below conditions MUST be adhered to.

 

• Party Kiosk operate a strict returns policy.
   
• You must inform Party Kiosk by email that you intend to return goods and this must be within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  
• Goods must be returned within the 30 day period of receipt or a refund will not be made.
   
• Return of goods will be at the buyer's own expense and no postage will be refunded.  This is as stated within the Distance Selling Regulations.*
  
• Goods must be in their original state, original packaging, unused and unworn.
  
• Any items returned that are not suitable for resale will be refused and returned to buyer without a refund.
  
• Refunds will be made by the method of original payment .
  
• All refunds will be made within the 30 day limit.
  
• Some items cannot be returned including Cake Decorations and Cake Toppers, Disposable Helium Canisters, or any items sent as a package or part thereof which are unused.

Damaged Goods

All damages/shortages must be reported to us via our contact page within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any later than this we cannot arrange a return/refund or redelivery. If an item is damaged, once received back at our store we will refund postage costs. Please ensure you have evidence that your item has been returned, preferably via recorded delivery which can be verified by online tracking.

*  The Distance Selling Regulations state that all basic postage costs must be refunded but only if all the original contents were returned within the 30 day period.  The basic postage cost applies for all orders under £10.00 as we offer free UK delivery for any orders over that amount.  Refund of postage does not apply to any express delivery options including the 3/4 day or next day delivery.
