This curling ribbon is ideal for tying balloons, as a party decoration or as a gift wrap detail.  The purple ribbon comes in rolls of 100 yards and the ribbon is 5mm wide.  Very popular for Weddings, Anniversaries, birthday parties. 

To create curls, pull the ribbon between the blade of a pair of scissors and your fingers, taking care not to cut yourself.  Some fantastic designs can be created, the only limit is your imagination.
