Fabulous for a ladies 60th birthday.  The design is holographic and has a black border with stars and a silver centre with stars along with a large number 60 in pink.  When fully inflated the balloon measures 18 inches (45cm) in diameter. 

To make this balloon float, it will need to be filled with helium, not supplied.  You may also use a balloon pump to inflate with air and use it as a decorative item.
