Perfect decoration for a pink theme or girly party.  Good quality foil balloon which measures 18 inches.  This balloon has a pink background with clear spots all over.  Balloons come flat packed and customer needs to inflate with helium.  These balloons are self sealing (if helium used).  Perfect on their own or mixed with other balloons.  For helium inflatation you will also need balloon weights to stop balloon from floating away and curling ribbon for decoration.

Why fill with helium?  These balloons will not float if you do not use helium.  Generally, gift shops that sell balloons or card shops will fill your balloons for a small charge.  They will stay afloat for around 3 days generally.  They can also be deflated and reused.  If you fill with air, they will not float but you can work around this by using sticks to make them stay up.  Doing a search on google will help you if you do not wish to use helium.
