Happy Birthday Recordable Balloon

Large foil balloon measures 32 inches and reads Happy Birthday with a birthday cake image on a red background.  This balloon is recordable so you can leave a 10 second message to your loved one.  All they do is tap the tab to play the message.  These balloons are designed for helium fill so they will float and will need a balloon weight to keep in place.  If you do not wish to use helium, you can inflate with a balloon pump (air) but the balloon will not float and you will have to fix to something like normal latex balloons.  Ideal for any age birthday, children or adults.  Great fun if you are having a major celebration or a party.  We stock helium canisters.
