Perfect Happy 4th Birthday foil balloon for either a boy or girls party. These balloons and are printed both sides and measure 18 inches in diameter.

These foil balloons are designed for helium fill and are self seal balloons. If you wish to fill with air, a balloon pump is recommended.

There is choice of how you wish to receive your balloon.

Flat Packed, that is uninflated and will need to be filled with helium, not supplied.

Inflated with helium with decorative curling ribbon and a balloon weight attached so it doesn't float away. Please note, this is not the same as the balloons by post.

Please ensure you tick the correct box. There is an extra charge for the balloon to be filled. It will stay inflated for 7-10 days under normal conditions.
