Gruffalo

The Gruffalo is about a mouse's walk in the woods and is from a book by Julia Donaldson & Axel Scheffler.  The gist of the story is the mouse goes for a walk through a wood and meets up with animals who would like to eat him.  The mouse tells these animals that his imaginary friend, the Gruffalo, likes to eat them.  The mouse actually  meets a real Gruffalo who wants to eat him and when they meat the animals such as the owl and fox, they run away fearing the Gruffalo.  The mouse makes the Gruffalo believe it is he, the mouse, whom the other creatures are frightened of and the Gruffalo flees.
