This huge foil number four balloon is perfect for 40th, or any birthday party where there is a four!!  These come flat packed and will need to be filled with helium if it is required to float.  This huge balloon measures a total of 34" x 15" (86cm x 38cm).  It comes with hanging tabs on the top, bottom and sides so you can choose how to display.  If filling with air, a balloon pump will be required.  By using the hanging tabs, the balloon may be displayed in various ways but will not float.
