Engagement Wishes Foil Balloon

To add a touch of class to your engagement party. This silver heart shaped foil balloon is detailed with silver and white, hearts and stars, with the words 'Engagement Wishes'. This balloon measures 18 inches in diameter when inflated. This is an inflate with helium only balloon. We also stock curling ribbon and balloon weights. For your convenience we have added some extra options so you can choose to receive this balloon uninflated, inflated with helium, or as the balloons by post service.

If flat packed selected, item will not be inflated with helium.
If helium filled selected, balloon will be inflated with helium, decorated with curling ribbon and balloon weight attached.
If balloon by post option selected, it will be inflated as above but will have the option for a message to be sent. This is usually selected when you are not able to give the person a balloon or it is a surprise gift. With this option, the balloon will be attractively packaged in a box with tissue wrap.

The last two options will incur a small charge which is added when the service is selected.
