| Delivery InformationMost of our orders are received within 6 days, but please read carefully. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. Delivery times are estimated and include WORKING DAYS only, not weekends or bank holidays. We are unable to stipulate to a timed delivery for any order, which can be from 8.00am to 7.00pm. We do not guarantee, or cannot offer a guarentee, of the time your order will be delivered. This is beyond our control.
For Customer Convenience we use Parcel Force for our 24 and 48 hour delivery methods. If no one is able to sign for your order, you can choose to pick it up from your local Post Office if a card is left. Please check the attempted delivery card for further details.
Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday to Thursday by no later than 12.00pm from receipt of payment.
If payment is made after 12.00pm then delivery will be a day later. ie. order made after 12.00pm on a Monday, delivery will be Wednesday, and so forth. If your order is placed beyond 12.00pm on a Thursday or all day on Friday, it will be delivered the following Monday (if not a bank holiday). Delivery can be any time between 8.00am and 7.00pm and we are unable to give any further advice. All efforts will be made to deliver your order by the courier, but may obviously be delayed by unforeseen circumstances. If an order is refused by the customer, the cost of postage back to ourselves will be bourn by the customer, and will be taken out of the refund amount - £5.95. Next Day items are usually, but not wholly, delivered by Parcel Force or Royal Mail. Please visit the Royal Mail website to use their tracking service. We reserve the right to use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service for anyone living in the above areas but who does not choose the correct postage. We will not send Special Delivery or via Courier if a packet is over 5kg in these circumstances. Please ring for clarification if you are unsure of these options. We provide an estimated date that your goods should be delivered on. If you are needing your items within 8 days, we strongly recommend that you opt for our express service. We cannot be bound by this date and if your goods arrive later than anticipated, the refund policy will apply.Deliveries can be disrupted through weather, industrial action or force majure for which we are not liable. The single most important feature of your delivery address is the correct postcode. All postal delivery companies use the postcode to send the parcel. If your item has the incorrect postcode, however small the mistake, it will have a severe impact on the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that buyers make with regard to addresses. International Deliveries: At this time we DO NOT delivery internationally.
