Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR ALL DISPATCHES FROM 24 JULY 2010 UNTIL 11 AUGUST 2010 DUE TO WAREHOUSE RELOCATION.
Goods dispatched Monday to Friday only. Delivery times are estimated and include working days only, not weekends or bank holidays. We are unable to stipulate to a timed delivery for any order which can be from 7.30am to 6pm.
FREE DELIVERY
- Free UK standard delivery on all orders over £3.95. Delivery can take 7 days - goes out via Royal Mail.
- For orders under £3.95, postage is £1.25, dispatched via Royal Mail.
EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS
- 4 Days: £4.50 (please note, this is working days Mon to Fri)
- Next Day: £8.95 (conditions apply)
Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed Monday to Thursday by no later than 12.00pm from receipt of payment. If your order is placed beyond 12.00pm on a Thursday or all day on Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday (if not a bank holiday). Delivery can be anytime between 8am and 7pm and we are unable to give any further advice. All efforts will be made to deliver your order by the courier but may obviously be delayed by unforeseen circumstances.
Therefore, goods ordered for Next Day Delivery before 12pm on a Monday, then delivery will be Tuesday and so on. If paid for after 12pm on a Monday, order will be delivered Wednesday and so on. If paid for after 12pm on a Thursday, the next delivery day will be Monday. If paid for anytime Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, the next delivery day will be Tuesday. If an order is refused by the customer, the cost of postage back will be bourn by the customer and will be taken out of the refund amount - £5.95.
We are unable to stipulate a time on any of our deliveries. An order can arrive anytime between 7.30am and 6pm.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY UNAVAILABLE FOR FOLLOWING AREAS:
- TWO DAYS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES: AB31 - AB3, AB9, AB22 - 23, AB30, DD1 TO DD5, DD7 - DD11, KY13, PH2, PH11 TO PH14. Postage costs are the same as UK Mainland
- TWO DAYS: The following postcodes do NOT come under UK Mainland and therefore you must choose UK Scottish Highlands : AB31 - AB38, AB41, AB43-45, AB51-56, FK10-21, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, HS1-9, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH1, PH5-26, PH10, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.
- TWO DAYS: Northern Ireland using the Northern Ireland postage option.
We reserve the right to use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service for anyone living in the above areas but who does not choose the correct postage. We will not send Special Delivery or via Courier if a packet is over 5kg in these circumstances. Please ring for clarification if you are unsure of these options.
We ask for a goods required by date. If you are needing your items within 8 days, we strongly recommend that you opt for our express service. We cannot be bound by this date and if your goods arrive later than anticipated, the refund policy will apply.
The single most important feature of your delivery address is the correct postcode. All postal delivery companies use the postcode to send the parcel. If your item has the incorrect postcode, however small the mistake, it will have a severe impact on the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that buyers make with regard to addresses.

RETURNS / REFUNDS
- Please email us for a returns number. It is easier to use your account login on left hand side of the homepage as this provides a contact form specifically for returns and queries regarding orders. Please do not telephone, as you will need to provide an email as evidence of a return number.
- Party Kiosk operate a strict returns policy that items need to be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving, with a 14 day maximum limit.
- Return of goods will be at buyers own expense and no postage will be refunded.
- Goods must be in their original state, original packaging, unused and unworn.
- Any items returned that are not suitable for resale will be refused and returned to buyer with no refund.
- Refunds will be made by the method of original payment with the exception of bank transfer or postal order.
In these cases a cheque will be sent. - All refunds will be made within the 30 day limit.
- Some items cannot be returned including Cake Decorations and Cake Toppers, Disposable Helium Canisters or any items sent as a package or part thereof which are unused.
DAMAGED GOODS
All damages/shortages must be reported to us via our contact page within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any later than this, we cannot arrange a return/refund or redelivery. If an item is damaged, once received back at our store we will refund postage costs. Please ensure you have evidence that your item has been returned, preferably via recorded delivery which can be verified by on-line tracking.
