These cupcake wrappers are ideal for any little boy who loves the ocean. 

Each wrapper fits around a medium to large cupcake and in each pack are 12 wrappers and 12 toppers. 

They come in 2 different designs.  One in an anchor design, the other in a blue and green diamond design.  Once your cupcake is cool and decorated you can then put the wrapper in place. 

The toppers also come in 2 different designs, one blue whale and one blue octopus.  These are then placed on top of your decorated cupcake.
