Pack of one foil balloon which reads Happy Birthday across on an army camouflage design.  This foil balloon measures 18 inches once inflated.  Best results obtained by filling with helium so it floats. Suitable for children or adults.

Many other partyware items in this design include plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths, bunting, candles and cake cases.

We have 3 different delivery methods:

Flat Packed: uninflated, customer will need to supply helium to make balloon float.

Helium Filled: Party idea. Balloon will be inflated with helium, curling ribbon and balloon weight added.  Ideal if you require it as a birthday decoration.

Balloon By Post: Perfect gift. Send this birthday balloon by post. It will be inflated with helium, decorated with curling ribbon and balloon weight added. It will arrive in an attractive box filled with tissue paper. There is a box where you can type in your personalised message which will in turn be printed out onto a decorated card.

The last two options incur a small charge which will be shown when you select it.

Inflated balloons will float for 2-3 weeks under normal conditions.
