Happy 2nd Birthday Balloon

One flat pack foil balloon which reads Happy 2nd Birthday.  This balloon are designed for helium fill  and are self seal.  They come flat packed and are printed on both sides.  Ideal for either a little boy or girls 2nd birthday party.  If you wish to fill with air, a balloon pump is necessary but the balloon will not float.  Don't forget curling ribbon and balloon weights to keep balloon in place.  Other 2nd birthday supplies include banners, bunting, latex balloons, napkins and decorations.

This balloon comes flat (uninflated) and costs £1.12.

You can choose to have the balloon inflated with helium so it will float.  A balloon weight and decorative curling ribbon will be attached.  The cost will be £7.57.

Please note, the inflated balloon is not one of balloon by post options.
