There is no message on these balloons. Balloons measure 9 inches in diameter once inflated and come in packs of 3. Comes with simple instructions for use: all you do is attach the straw to the balloon cup, blow into straw to inflate and the straw itself creates the handle for holding!  Ideal for children (over 3 years of age) as they can walk around with them.
