2nd Birthday Party Balloons

Packs of 6 quality latex birthday balloons for a 2 year old boy or girl.  These balloons are suitable for helium or air and measure 11 inches once inflated.  They feature a large 2 with candles on the top, are printed all over and are a great decoration a 2nd birthday party.  One balloon each in the following colours: red, purple, yellow, blue, green, yellow and orange.  Also available are banners and bunting for a 2nd birthday party.
