16th Birthday, Sweet Sixteen Foil Balloon

This foil balloon is perfect for any female celebrating their 16th birthday. The balloon measures 18 inches (45cm) when fully inflated. It has a black border with holographic stars and a silver centre with a large pink 16. The design features a holographic tiara and the word sweet.

Helium Filled: Balloon will be inflated with helium, curling ribbon and balloon weight added.

You also have the option of adding your personalised birthday message which will be added to an appropriately decorated card! Delivery is usually within 2 days.
